Closing on a deal. Any tips???

So, I am in the process of closing on a deal that includes a duplex and a single family. Both are fully occupied. (In Davenport, IA for anyone curious)

I have inspections scheduled for next week and the closing scheduled for April 2nd.

Besides that, I am still trying to prepare for whatever comes up.

Does anyone have any suggestions to help make the next month go smooth? Anything would help even if there's a chance I've probably heard it before.
