Make sure you take a photo of the area of your yard where the bushes are missing and keep detailed documentation/notes of any improper behavior by these tenants which directly reflects back to your lease.

I don't buy or sell turnkey rentals so have no dog in that fight.

They are loud at all hours, smoke indoors, do not pick up dog poop, use marijuana and other drugs in home.

I have bought all manner of hoarder houses.one i did a few years ago had a pet boa and that thing got loose and we never did find it.. the city wanted me to tell all the neighbors to watch their cats and small dogs.. had another one were the guy dismantled a chevy then put it back together in the basement.. so i had to demo the house and lift it out with a excavator..

Increase the odds for all LL to get a tenant that has been rewarded for being a bad tenant and is likely to repeat the behavior they were rewarded for.
