I've looked at LoopNet and have heard mixed reviews about the site... generally leaning towards negative on what to expect in a good deal.

It made me larn business is business and sometimes it is not good to mix family friends in the mix. 

I've only dealt with eastern NC counties and have experienced a mixed-bag when dealing with county people, from fines to 'no action' to rescinded permits to condemnation.

I have mixed feelings on kicking her out bc she’s keeping it occupied.

Or will I get lost in the mix as a new investor working with a larger agency? 

I think a mix of a few different things BRRRRs for recycling my cash, and working on building up multifamilies is the plan for now.

Hi all,My family owns 2 properties (1 triplex and 1 mixed-use commercial property) in the Bay Area that we're wanting to sell in order to invest in multifamily commercial property (mostly thinking a large apartment complex, or several smaller ones) elsewhere.

I don't see a need to add gold to the mix even from a diversification standpoint.
