Looking to get first investment done

Hi everybody,

I live in Deerfield Beach, Fl and am looking to get my first deal done. The average price of a home in my area is 250k plus. I have about 15k in saved and can probably afford about 30k for rehab in credit.

I see a few properties in Jacksonville, Tampa area and Tallahassee. But, I do not know these areas very well. Would love to know if anyone else has invested in these areas and what your experience is on the low end of the market.
