Squatter living in tax deed property
I purchased a Tax Deed awhile ago, will have original owner sign over the rights to it once I receive Deed.
However, I have a squatter living in it. I really don’t mind as I don’t have any plans to fix up property any time soon or at all and will wait to hopefully be bought out bc of gentrification of area.
I say this, there’s no utilities on, Ive cut the grass before, as since grown while she’s been there. I been gave her 30 days to move out before Corona.. but of course.. I have mixed feelings on kicking her out bc she’s keeping it occupied. No rent being paid.
Should I try n charge her.. I’m sure she doesn’t work or have her removed legally and hope she doesn’t burn house down? Lol
