I can have my management company pick it up, but they’ll charge about $90/hour plus add 10% to the purchase price.We live several states away, so doing it ourselves is not an option.

People have mixed opinions on this, but in one market I invest in, I researched and interviewed dozens of companies and went through 3 before ultimately confirming that there really was nothing which would suit my needs. 

But what if you have limited funds, even after budgeting, saving, etc, and will continue to have limited funds for the foreseeable future? 

Take things one step at a time, continue educating yourself, and don’t hesitate to seek advice from experienced investors.
