I am financially conservative, and balking at the  thought of investing in an expensive real estate education and coaching program.

Yes, we do have ongoing educational multi-year coaching and consulting programs that we do discuss at the workshop.

I sure would coach and partner with like-minded people. 

My biggest piece of advice when getting started is to take advantage of the FREE resources out there and try to avoid getting sucked into paying for expensive coaching/mentorship programs that provide basic information that you can get for free online or through another experienced investor that's willing to spare a minute of their time.

Ned Carey I didn't even notice the price true that's not much to pay for 2 days ... but I'm guessing the point of the $49 class is to sell them on other training or coaching that costs thousands ?

The REIAs are in my experience,,, where the more experienced investors hang, where the coaching, training exists. 

Not all REIAs are equal and one in particular I'm helping folks who had bad coaching experiences and lost money.  

A year & a half of sharpening my knowledge while working on the side as a collegiate health coach and later as a sales rep for Toyota..

Heck, I even coached soccer with my ex's new husband because my son and his were on the same team.
