Is there a resource whereby I can run a search for, say, the last 6 months or 12 months for all properties that were purchased "off market", not listed by an agent.  In my area they are generally labeled, "NON MLS" on...

Contrary to how youtubers glorify the profits, property-flipping is essentially a value-add/opportunistic strategy and the key risks you, as the investor, are taking are 1) asset prices, i.e., how well will the market be when you sell the property, and 2) capital expenditures, i.e., can you financially efficiently improve the asset to the end users (renters or users).

Since I'm not buying properties in cash (nor willing to accept a commercial rate for a conventional deal) I am doubtful of deeding property to a Holding LLC after close - it seems risky (and wouldn't that pierce the corporate veil already?).
