BBB status.It's a big decision and too often we get new clients who have been burned pursuing the discount.  

Many times they will burn it down for you saving you thousands

Don't know if i'd want to burn one of those on such a small loan.

I have lived in a "college house" and the owner didn't care much about the quality of the house, it seemed like as long as it didn't burn down he was happy.

@Eric MoellerI operate one dedicated short-stay unit and use Airbnb and other platforms to fill gaps in my other two corporate rentals in Sacramento - where I focus.My biggest take away is that many people are successful but then burn out.

But then again, so is the chance that your house burns to the ground and I bet you are insured against that.Another reality is that most lawsuits are settled.
