Demolition, Getting Creative
Interested in hearing stories from people who have bought a property just for the lot. I can probably get the prices where I want them, but then there is this demolition cost I wouldn't know how to estimate.
On the other hand, I could imagine many cities have incentives to help with demolition. Any stories? Bonus points for anyone in the Virginia (Richmond, specifically) market.
