Semper fi my brother!

My brother-in-law spent most of his career doing commercial real estate and when I mentioned to him that we wanted to do residential he spent hours telling us all the horror stories he dealt with years ago.

The rivalry is mostly on the Dallas side - the little brother always trying to knock down the bigger brother - LOL.  

My brother in law put his house up for sale in College Station and he had a contract in 4 hours! 

I just received a heartwarming email from a gentleman and his brother that I helped on a pre-foreclosure, and the feeling it gives you knowing you removed such a burden from people is amazing.

Everyone and their brother is remodeling, rehabbing, and building right now. 

2 part question:My brother lives in South Carolina in the Greenville area.

Everyone and their brother wants to learn some aspect of real estate, however, don't think you will just tag along with someone and learn everything you need to know.  

YUP  think Mariani  they were huge land owners and orchardist.. yes I grew up in it moved to Sunnyvale Cupertino mid 60s  before hwy 280 was built and the corner of stevens creek and HWY 9  9 now De Anza BLD were still gravel roads.were apple is was a country store  C Cali brothers were used to play in the stacked Hay bails inside the place I used to hunt birds were Valco mall is... etc etc.

Seems eveyrone and their brother is looking for these kinds of deals.
