Multifamily and Package Deals

In 2014 I bought my first multifamily deal in Atlanta GA (15 Units). I got it for a steal, but it needed at a ton of work. It has taken me three years to get it performing to its true potential and the payoff is great but it was certainly a bumpy ride. Most investors dream of snagging an apartment complex and for good reason however it is important to keep expectations realistic.

One of my biggest headaches was not being in the same city as my project during the intensive rehab phase. I'm looking at buying another multifamily in Houston and have started marketing but haven't found the right fit.
