At least that's what it looks like in the pictures-I could be wrong.You guys paid $340k for the house and in my honest and humble opinion I think that's pretty close to the ARV for that house/location.I'm building a brand new house kind of close to that location and it's going to be listed $100k less than your current list price.Again, it comes down to price.

I normally purchase the highest quality behr paint because after a rental is empty you can go in and wash down the walls and it looks brand new again.
