You can usually get a replacement at a hardware store, although you will need to know what brand you have.

I'm brand spanking new to bigger pockets forums and the website itself but I've been listening to the podcast 2-6 times a day for the last 3-4 weeks.  

Our particular Kennesaw rental cost us about $15k to only replace carpet, clean, and do fresh paint throughout (trim, ceilings, walls, doors, and cabinets).

At least that's what it looks like in the pictures-I could be wrong.You guys paid $340k for the house and in my honest and humble opinion I think that's pretty close to the ARV for that house/location.I'm building a brand new house kind of close to that location and it's going to be listed $100k less than your current list price.Again, it comes down to price.

Most brands of red-out salt have very soft pellets.

I normally purchase the highest quality behr paint because after a rental is empty you can go in and wash down the walls and it looks brand new again.
