Tub/shower with LOW water pressure
2 unit, separate everything. Kitchen has good water, bathroom sink (below kitchen) has good pressure, tub shower/spout barely has any at all...even at full blast. I'm about to remove entire diverter and replace...is there anything easier?

SInce it's both, I would suspect the mixture control stem (whatever you call the thing that you turn the water on and off with). You can usually get a replacement at a hardware store, although you will need to know what brand you have. You can bring the old one in, but you may need a special tool to get the little bugger out. They sell the tools at most hardware stores as well. It's easier than changing out the entire fixture.
