Me and my husband are investing on properties in the Detroit area , I want to know if anyone can share contact information of  contractors that can remodel houses, I travel on September 9-10 to Detroit and I need to schedule a visit with a contractor so we can visit the property together and I can get a quote of the job that need to be done.I have try to contact a few contractors but nothing yet.

Philadelphia seems to be more feasible due to its up and coming neighborhoods as well as its proximity to NYC (since I could potentially visit at least once a week or in any emergency).

They said they slap the tenant with a 3 day notice, then make a follow up visit informing tenants they will remove their stuff and change locks if they don't pay the rent.
