I had the same issue with a MHP in Little Rock.

If you want to do turn key, you don’t care if the house is in Memphis, Little Rock, or Cincinnati.

Commerical brokers from what I see go through this progression..  1. get listing send to their clients so they can double end it.2. share listing within their office .. if none of the above work go ahead and send it out to co brokers or Loop net or coast star and MLS maybe . 

I have been finding crazy good deals in Little Rock.

The saving grace of Chapter 13 is its option for debtors to hold onto their homes and catch up on mortgage payments.The debtor's income plays a starring role in Chapter 13.

But then again, if you don't know why it's a rock-solid deal, why will they give you funds? 

Personally I found it well worth it, and I get referrals to people who don't advertise, were absolute rock stars and I would never have found them any other way. 

So far, my floor guy has been the star of the show, did an incredible job for an awesome price!
