Will Critically Low Levels of Inventory Continue?

Per Texas A&M real estate center, the Austin-Round Rock MSA experienced the lowest rates of inventory since data started being recorded in January 1990. 

At 1.4 months of inventory for the MSA, finding somewhere to live has become harder than ever.
