We, husband and wife and our children, live in a paid-off house (A1) with short commute to work.For the sake of better school district, we are buying another house (A2) and plan to live there for the next 8 years.We, husband and wife, own an LLC that owns two rental properties (B1 and B2).Not an accountant, the husband learned as necessary and took on the bookeeping and tax filing duties for the LLC, using Quickbooks and H&R Blocks.We like the house (A1) our children grew up in.

My multi family experience is mostly in Northeast Phill/ Port Richmond, but as a life long resident of Bucks County (grew up in Newtown, currently live in Bensalem), I know the area very well.  

Really appreciate the insight here, guys.For some context, after purchasing a duplex near where we grew up in Northern NJ, my business partner and I (@Harrison DeKnight ) have identified Cleveland as a market we're considering making a turnkey investment in.

My husband grew up down there so he has some familiarity with the area.We are wanting to hold on to it for use as a future rental property when she no longer uses it- possibly Airbnb or military or college rental?
