@Jakerria Seals yeah, any contract would be ok but I have seen MORE transactions using the TREC with the home owner, then the buyer of that home signs a "custom" assignment form/contract with the wholesaler.  

With the lack of inventory buyers have few options and they're willing to overlook outdated kitchen cabinets, countertops and bathrooms.

It seems AirBnB attracted a lot of young(er) people with little experience in customer service.

Update: TD Bank does not work with out-of-state customers.

I would probably say, start at home....get your feet wet here....once you get a handful of properties here where there is all kind of opportunity, then if you want to put your toe in the water in a market where you speak the language and very familiar with customs, laws, rental market, and real estate market, then try it out.
