Recurring Pro Membership
Has anyone been able to cancel their recurring Pro membership and get a refund after getting billed for year 2? I sent an email to customer support a few days ago but haven’t received a response.
I got great value year one, bought a property and have a house rented, but I’m not a very active user anymore. I moved to Ecuador in September :).
I’m trying to cancel year 2 and get a refund, or a pro-rated refund less the few days I’m currently into my renewed membership. Is there a phone number?
