Where you find the most benefit in partnering with good Wholesalers, what you would define as a productive partnership?

Genetics can give someone an advantage, but I don't believe that is the defining factor.

It's more about comparing deals within a market than defining a good deal.

You have to define what a better position means to you. 

The IRS has rules in place defining how long a particular item has to be depreciated; Carpet 5 years, Appliance 10 years, Roof 20 years, Building Structure 30 years (just making up some numbers).But as almost always, there are exceptions and conditions.

I do work with investors that have defined goals for me to reach both flippers and buy and hold.  

Some of my LOs have escalating prices the further out the exercise happens, but I define the amount.  

"Buyer's/Seller's market" defined by months of inventory.I believe it is best to buy in a seller's market, and sell in a buyer's market.My reasoning: months of inventory creates price pressure.  

It doesn't define "exchange", and it doesn't contractually bind cooperation.But that being said, there is generally not much of a problem with these things.
