Then this thing called COVID-19 came around(Socialism for some of you conspiracy theorists), and wrecked many people's plans.

Covid-19 had wrecked havoc on all our lives in so many ways and there are very little positives to talk about but one positive I think I have observed is a massive fall in the number of “brag bro” posts that used to crowd BP prior to Covid.

On the BP FB I saw a person buying a duplex with M2M tenants on both sides that were wrecking the place.

Timing is another concern.  2020 has been a train wreck and i have heard of an increase in tenants not paying rent. 

I might wreck it, so it's insured.
