Ive had time to lick my wounds and now i'm ready to jump back into the fray.This time around i am looking to invest soley in apt buildings (which i dont have experience).

I had contemplated a move around the time of the last refi but wound up not for other reasons.

Had no idea what to expect but it wound up being another wholesaler.

I'm 25 years old and got into real estate when I flipped a trailer successfully and wound up with a nice little rental property.

Time heals all wounds and makes you wealthy.

This is before I began my restart...My marriage broke up in 2009 and during the settlement I pretty much gave her (almost) everything she wanted.Then, I wound up being out work for over a year.The divorce cost me half my life savings.

From your previous posts, its clear you're a bit wound up and frustrated.

This has resulted in an opportunity for us small note investors to help "heal" the wounds of this event, help borrowers if possible and make a profit in doing so. 

That would be rubbing salt in the wound.
