During our walk through I ended up shining my flashlight directly on a woman's face that was squatting (I thought she was deceased in the heat of the moment) in the unit and it scared the crap out of me. 

_________________________________________________________________________________________________Now I'm sure you guys have heard all about creating a vision at least a thousand times, and you might even be aware of the fact that most every successful business man or woman has a written vision for their life, but the question is, are you really implementing this key component in your business/life?

I am a woman if my word, but this was offensive and  ridiculous because we hadn't  discussed details. so, at first I was thinking no way I sign this one paragraph agreement with so many holes, but my other option knew was to fight for another month or two (I had called local mediation and they had said it would be 3 weeks before they could meet with us.) this paragraph guaranteed they'd be out by the 20th, and would surrender their deposit...I signed it and they are moving right now. not sure if I did the right thing, but sometimes you gotta compromise some security, and take a chance like this, and I am so glad I did. lesson learned was always assume anyone can turn into a lunatic, so do your paperwork, and keep immaculant records.

But yesterday we showed it to a woman who has 3 kids and a husband and she messaged me back today saying they were interested but they were wanting to move in March 1st.

I heard about a woman doing "historical flips" and I want to do some more research down that line!

There is a woman I worked with who does some consulting.

The woman’s investor group is great definitely come check it out if you can!

Having a buyer's agent would not make this seller's agent any less busy or any more available; it would simply add another middleman/woman.
