I'm now down on the Central Coast (SLO County).I'm doing two things... investing in the midwest and building an ADU here at my primary (almost complete!). 

But I like the market in the East Coast.  

I'm in Marietta (west Cobb), and my rent is $1,400/mo, fully furnished. 

Eric,I moved to Pueblo West, CO in August 2019 and I love it.

I try and recommend to all my clients if they are looking at investing in an area with a POS to just look elsewhere like on the west side in areas with no POS or make the offer contingent upon a satisfactory review of the POS report prior to closing. 

Research, research, research, it's a huge wonderful country out west, across the Hudson.

Maria on the MS Gulf Coast

It's common in lower-priced markets, you won't find that on the coast.

But north west parts of Peoria is good.

I live in Goodyear so somewhere in the west valley is preferred but I'm willing to work anywhere in Phoenix really.Any suggestions?
