Checklist & Strategy for Furnishing a Seasonal Rental

Hi! I have an unfurnished property in Florida that needs to be furnished and ready to go for seasonal rentals for 3-9 month rental periods. When the property isn’t in use, my family and I will stay during those times. I’m looking for a checklist of everything to buy and do - from installing a smart lock to stocking kitchen basics. Don’t want expensive, high end furnishings or low quality either. 

I appreciate any guidance, advice and learnings from this group. I’m hoping to do these things myself without outsourcing help to keep out of pocket costs down.  Many thanks in advance.
