We have a house that does not have a walkway from the sidewalk to the house. 

You pass through a 6-7 feet wide walkway between the two adjoining lots to access the rear unit.

What’s some inexpensive ways to repair or replace a walkway?

Second question, how do you fix negative grading on the sides of your house when both sides are concrete walkways that slope towards the house?

So is a furnace, AC, a tenant claiming bankruptcy, a death in you unit, divorced tenants, mechanical weathering of driveway, walkway, water pipes and sewer issues, roots in pipes etc... 

Maybe I could start with removing some of the concrete walkway on the right side and make it possible for a car to park on that side of the house too.

For concrete - I need 1 driveway and a lot of misc stuff like sidewalks and walk ways - about 3200 sq ft in all.Any suggestions in the Cleveland market are appreciated.
