Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

As we navigate through various stages of property management, including renovations and strategizing for resale or rental, I'm looking to gather some insights from this knowledgeable community.I have a couple of specific questions:1.

At this stage don’t worry about Real estate investing.  

You’ll be lucky to get this as a newbie.These total $188k and don’t include property & title insurance, closing costs, property taxes, utilities, staging, and all other misc. costs

Buying and Vertical only development financing, then horizontal later: While this wouldn't the most sense( have to apply for financing twice) some investors may want to get financing for a first stage and then financing for later.

I am still in the beginning stages of getting into investing in real estate.

It takes a lot of life experience and finesse to deal with people coping with huge life struggles.If I were young and starting out, I'd offer paid services for clean outs and basic staging/moving around furniture.

We are just… at our wits end currently …. and just want to be done with this stage in our lives, yet we are running blind here… Ryan

In my experience, once it gets to the no communication stage it usually never works out
