Looks like a fixer upper and requires extensive improvements.ill check it out, but my guess is it will exceed what im looking for

We bought our first house, a fixer upper.

I have secured financing through a local bank and looking to grab a fixer upper rental SFH.

Finally, an interesting property has popped up but I don't know if it would make sense in the long term.Some numbers:(I know I said HCOL and this may not appear to be that, but coming from the midwest, this was a significant jump)The avg fixer-upper single-family home is going to run us ~325k and with around $40,000 down and a 6.9% interest rate we're looking at something like $2,400 a month PITINow the duplex I mentioned would go for about 100k more and with the same down payment and interest rate we'd pay something like $3,200 a month.

I heard about Fund&Grow from being a member on Bigger Pockets and seeing posts made in the community forums from other members and was impressed to see upper management taking a priority to respond and be engaged with us.

If you are strapped on cash and have the ability to save a lot of money in the near future, a fixxer upper might be a good option.

This is a fixer upper shack on 2 acres that's probably worth 100K now and I had a 10 year Option which has about 5 years left.

We just finished rehabbing the upper unit and are now looking for renters for the upper.
