Anyone in tune with the new Doraville development, at the old GM plant?

After receiving Mary’s IRA investment from Equity Trust, Bob purchased the house for $100,000, put new carpet in the living room and planted flowers in the front yard.

Hueytown is a solid B area but actually does carry a good chance of appreciation because of the Mercedes plant in Vance. 

I previously ran nuclear power plants in the Navy, so my trend analysis and project management skills are hugely useful in helping me execute on my vision.  

I would spell out everything from ceiling fans to window coverings to special light fixtures to plants in the yard and document everything with photos on day of closing.

I'm in the Tampa area, Plant City, and two years ago when I needed to replace the heating element in my older water heater I researched and decided it's not cheaper in the long run for tankless when it's heating source is electric but would be worth more research if heated with gas.  

The point was that with the HOA, I have a risk of losing my house and currently my HOA doesn't seem to add any value by enforcing the nuisance rules, though I've heard horror stories about old ladies losing their paid off homes because of the wrong type of flowers being planted, etc.The HOA doesn't seem to add much value because they don't currently enforce rules but at any year that could change if enough people complain and it could swing the other way.

So I believe you may have planted the seeds of this by not being clear.

The latest was a tenant wanted to buy and plant a new tree.
