Creative Financing for More Money!!!
"Condo Association" is all my loan officer had to say to strike away all my excitement in becoming an investor....
It's been hours everyday in anticipation, knowing I had a little golden goose waiting to claim.....
What is standing in the way is ......The condo has ridiculous fees and management was known for all their problems so I knew there was NO WAY they'll meet the bank's preferences.....surely enough I'm right!
The property is only $60k and makes more than enough in rental to pay mortgage + profit.....
I have plenty for DP, but it's not worth getting all that money together and paying cash.....
Anybody know another way to get financing for a troubled condo....???
