There have been a few duplexes available just south of I-30, between Spur 580 and I-30 in the triangle behind Churches Chicken, Sonic, etc., but the area declines slightly when you go south of I-30.Good Luck on your wealth building!

Head toward frederick, or columbia etc, try to stay in the 270/70/95 triangle. take u to either place, and fixer upper houses around there can be reasonable if youre quick depending where.
