you might want to start with what school systems you would like to focus on. i work the columbus area but i won't touch columbus city public unless it is in the trendy downtown areas. but start with school systems that will take away a lot of what you don't want.

www.agreerealty.comthis one is a very cool look to it...the full screen sites are what is trendy right now in the fashion and entertainment industry, which we all know typically lead the way for what ends up becoming industry standard elsewhere.but it really depends on your audience and whether your goal is to build a brand or pull leads bc those 2 are completely different site structures as well as sitemaps for optimization

Of course this is easier said than done, the vast majority of properties in cheaper areas will not be the next trendy place to live.But it seems once a momentum builds and a neighborhood starts turning around the returns can be amazing.If you do your research and you buy in the path of development or revitalization versus just buying a dirt cheap property the payoff can be big.It seems it's easier to get in when prices are low in real estate versus the stock market.
