Spray the carpet , walls etc . ( stay away from metal and electrical )    or get in and remove carpet 

I contacted the Okanogan County Treasurer's Office (Washington State) and asked how I would be able to obtain a list of parcels/owners that were 3 years behind on their taxes.

Greetings all, how did I not know about this treasure trove of info?

I have been told by the treasurer that the owner has until the deed is filed to pay the taxes and fees in full and then a full year to file a case to attempt to prove the sale is invalid and that is the only recourse they have.

They also met all the other requirements that I had regarding income.

So at this point, I could be looking at 4 months lost income possibly with a mortgage from a bank who won't let me go without 4 months of payments and a County Treasurer who won't let me skip Property Taxes for 4 months.This is all just off the top of my head. 

And metal furniture.
