Greetings all, how did I not know about this treasure trove of info? I've spent days reading and learning, even though I have been landlording for over 10 years.  One small bit of advice I would like to add for anyone that finds it useful is this: don't take what you have for granted, and don't worship the money... it can go away in an instant. Thank God for what you have and invest to secure your family's future... don't do this so you can blow your money on top dollar worthless items. Be humble, spread your investments into other arenas... and ask God to guide your decisions. And of course give to a church or Wounded Warriors so real people in need can get help... I have found that giving back is returned tenfold.  Anyways, that helps me make decisions, and softens the blows when I don't always get what I want. It is up to God.

I look forward to discussing strategies and the wonderful world of landlording with you good people.
