Anything i should be looking out for when doing a subject-to deal? 

Don't ever do subject to if you are underfunded2.

I find that two of the biggest mistakes are in the manner in which you ask for the money (there is a good way and a not so good way) and not having enough knowledge on the subject and the proper info on the presentation of the deal itself.When I need to fund I deal, I am not asking for money, I am offering a legitimate and alternative opportunity for others to make money.

Title company found out because it was on the chain of title.I don't know if this is common practice since this is not the subject property to be on a loan.

I'm subject to SE taxes but my net income is 0.

It's good to look at a bunch of comps too that are adjacent to the subject property you do the analysis on.

Seller agent disclosed today that the seller is filing for bankruptcy.I am already in escrow.Besides the checks that the title company will do, is there any additional steps I should take to make sure that this house is not subject to repossession by any creditors?
