Hello fellow BPers, I have recruited a mail man friend to keep an eye open and send me potential leads.

In the same time I am the biggest recruiter in my office and I am mentoring the most agents in my office.

The speaker deals with recruiters from BIG tech companies, and what they want from new employees is willingness to learn, because three years from now, the knowledge you learned/obtained will be obsolete, because of the fast pace of change in technology.

In my professional life, I am a recruiter.

(I messed up on the profile and cant change my location from Baltimore to NY - - working on that)I work full-time as a Recruiter and plan to become a buy & hold investor part-time (ha!).

In the school, we have brokers come in and recruit us (because we can fog a mirror, not because we are God's gift to real estate).

We met several times at Vanderbilt University, but a recruiter offered free hosting at their facility.

I always thought that KW seems more about recruiting additional agents than selling property.Mark
