I have heard nothing but praises for the work they do.

I will never judge because I have never been able to relate (praise the lord). but IT BLOWS MY MIND how they are pseudo paralegals on the ejection process and current hold up of evictions.

I didn't bash the 90% borrowing capability of the insurance loan and then praise the 50% borrowing capability of a margin loan, I don't care what the loan limit is, or what the overall strategy is, I only care about whether or not the method used actually makes money. 

@Joshua Dorkin I hope you read into my post that I was praising the work you and Brandon have done with the podcasts, not trashing them.

EVERYONE with half a brain KNOWS I am correct with these rants, yet it is all the YouTube influencers on the podcasts, and featured everywhere, praised and worshipped.

Reed praises Nickerson incessantly so that is why I asked for the book for Christmas.

I'm sure after days putting it in I will come back to this post and sing the praises of a surround!
