It's nothing for a shady character to put some wood to your head, take your gun right off your hip, and keep moving like nothing ever happen.

We recently on an auction sale of a very old house that has tons of character but needs a complete gut job.

It gives the kitchen a retro modern flair with a lot of character.

(sorry Bill you are the character in my story)  The key is his knowledge and comfort in assigning a value on the asset.

There were a couple of characters promoting this play a few years ago and pissed off the judges to the point that we can't utilize the laws now when we really need them.

I would recommend, if you are planning to continue to do deals outstate, try to find someone outside of the cities, relatively close to the areas you're planning to invest in, and do every deal with that individual (if they're of high character and reasonably priced).
