OTM was more a round table discussion of current events, predictions, news etc as it related to real estate, where the hosts also provide some great personal stories that relate to the topics discussed. 

Haven’t used it personally but a good friend of mine who self manages around 20 doors uses it and swears by it. 

They do require that person to have no assets, so a house in her name could be problematic.

Better option for personal use but perhaps not rental. 

Real estate investing is forgiving; the average person can still make money even with some big mistakes.

I have my credit where it needs to be have a down payment saved of around 17k and looking into Host financial to go through for my first deal I am wondering has anyone personally used it and how do you like the company and the process thank you and looking forward to the journey
