There is an incredible amount of points to consider when weighing the options on something like this and honestly, I don't recommend it to very many people at all ....even seasoned tradesmen and investors.

Personally, I would never live in PHX, but that is all personal biases (I prefer seasons and greenery), and clearly lots of people choose to live in PHX.At the end of the day, I would argue market selection almost only comes into play when you are talking assets that cater to institutional buyers that have to get investment committee sign off. 

We don't want to lead people astray.

I am obviously conflicted with the moral side of pursuing legal action here, but understand that people can do untruthful things when it comes to financial gains. 

People want to be on the water not near it.

The truth is, people are suckered by this all the time.

2) How did you structure your first deal, and what challenges did you face?

It's a great way to talk through your plans and goals for real estate with people that actually understand! 

If your in a market facing off against me as competition to lease a property..... good luck, your gonna need it. 

I've done this with my properties because I'm well known in my small town and don't want people to know what I own.
