Is AZ or NC better to invest in?

Jade Frank
Posted

New real estate investor here, we're ready to start the journey of real estate investors, not sure if phoenix AZ would be better or Fayetteville NC. We live in Wisconsin so it will be a hike but we plan to move to where we are starting to invest. We have done a ton of research about phoenix and it seems like a good area as the unemployment rate is low and population is increasing. Everything comes with a risk but I want to hear everyone's opinions for both states in the long run, thanks in advance

    Hey Jade,

With all of the semiconductor manufacturers popping up out here and new developments and redevelopments the Phoenix area will be growing for sure in the near and distant future. I don't know the NC market, but can just speak to the Phoenix area.

I think outside of just what area is going to be the most profitable or best investment, you also need to think about where you are going to be happy. One is humid and one is dry, the types of activities to do are different in each city, take a look at where you would be the most happy as well if you're going to be living there!
