If you can do the BRRR strategy and have some decent cash flow (say 150 to 200/mo net profit after estimated repairs), then you can grow a reasonably large portfolio with surprisingly little capital and generate some generational type wealth that no other investment vehicle can offer (outside of the lottery maybe). :-)Example.

I will not put up with that method of monetizing a property listing service. 

I think that's smart to keep us engaged to further monetize the community with new products and services.

This book really help lay the foundation for my business model and showed how to monetize a real estate sales team and leverage that into a full service investment fund. 

For example, if this property were new construction or recently remodeled and in a very high-demand neighborhood, then I might be interested in it for only $50/mo net.  

I started off selling candy my sophomore year of high school and before that I was making YouTube videos of skateboarding getting people to click on my monetized advertisements, lol.
