Yeap...if you click on a link via an email you receive you have to scroll in with your phone and click on the last page of the thread for multi-page threads.

Then I’d scroll down to the bottom to see that the user is no longer active and hasn’t been for months.

If you go to Academy dot Virtual Real Estate Investor dot org and scroll to the bottom of the page there's a blog post titled, "Closing With An Attorney Is A Waste Of Time And Money". 

Then you can scroll through that forum for other topics that catch your eye.

You do not have what city you work in above the scroll.
