But, that is from memory and GA is my second home state so I could be way off base on the mechanics lien details.

I remember the deal fondly and think of the house as a home because we brought our first child there when she was born and it is the place we sort of founded our family...warm memories.

As I mentioned I don't know if this is typical or not, but that's what happened in this case.This was a year ago so I don't remember specifically but if memory serves, they almost recorded them out of order so I had to fix something.
