Looking to learn in La Crosse, WI

My name is Andy Mettille I live in Holmen, WI just outside of La Crosse.  Several years ago I took the real estate class and passed the test and everything just never ended up getting a job in real estate.  Now I'm ready to dive into the flipping side of it.  I'm hoping to be able to flip enough houses and make enough money to start buy and holding properties.  Rentals are great in this area because of the fact that there are 3 colleges in La Crosse.

I joined BP after listening to the podcast for a week straight while at work, mainly to start networking and to be able to ask questions or find the answers to the questions I have.  Being new to forums and being that there is so many I was looking for information and ideas about flipping in a smaller community, where I live there is only 9000 people so there really isn't a whole lot of supply out there.  I'm looking in this area because it is a good starter home area with a lot of homes in the 150k range, its family friendly and the taxes are a whole lot cheaper then the bigger city thats only 10 miles away.  So just looking to be sent in the right direction or if you have any suggestions on marketing in a small community.

Thanks

Andy Mettille
