If have no body in house for say 2 or 3 days with new technolgies you can adjust temp in home so not unnecessarily heating or cooling empty house and turn off water heaters. 

It may sound like @Deanna McCormick is being unnecessarily harsh to a soon to be former tenant, but there are reasons to have those types of policies.

Paying that much in insurance unnecessarily could eliminate any cash flow one might hope to achieve.
