Does This Seem Fishy?

I have a property in Denver that I was looking at on a site called Redfin and in the description was the following phrase: "We will not schedule a showing until we have a fully executed contract." The deal is one of the better ones that I have found lately. Does this seem fishy?

@Walker Hinshaw

In the world of multi-unit properties (i.e. 5+ ... but really 16+) you will rarely have a viewing until there is an executed LOI. Besides, unless the numbers work, you are not going to waste your time having a walkthrough of the property.

It is a matter of the landlord not wishing to have his/her/their tenants disturbed unnecessarily.
