Basically, you have to find a property that needs work, but one that isn't low hanging fruit for a flipper / investor.

Plant an orchard...pecan trees, fruit trees, any other kinds of fruits that more or less take care of themselves.

It's also good to be aware that in those areas, BECAUSE of the list, there will be less lower hanging fruit.

This monetary relief should be a top priority for the administration but so far it hasn't borne much fruit. 

So I would make sure you are clear on them before putting all your eggs in that basket.

The phrase “don’t put all your eggs in one basket” applies directly to this concept, as spreading your investment across a broad spectrum is how investors balance risk and reward in their investment portfolio. 

For example, some will have a gift basket or cookies ready for them when they get there.

All that means is they are buying the low-hanging fruit which I don't want anyway.
