How do you ad value to your Airbnb? I've hear multiple ways of doing so. For example, some will have a gift basket or cookies ready for them when they get there. Another person added the families last name on a welcome board for when they showed up. For all of you, what has been a value add you've done to make peoples stay higher quality.
